If you sleep with a fan this will also cause dry eyes and a sore throat. At least from my experience!

I woke in the early hours of this morning with really bad acid reflux and it’s burnt my vocal cords, throat, you name it.
Sorted the acid reflux with some antacids quite quickly however the acid was there long enough to cause some damage. I need to remember to take antacids before bed…
I’ve noticed some issues with that too, hopefully fixed now!
