A disk is shown as a bar, each partition is 1 segment of the bar, if your Windows partition is located before your Linux one you would have to move the partition to the left of the bar after reducing the Windows one, because the partitions can only be extended to the right, so it will need a full partition moving to the left to get all of the newly empty space available, and then after moving you just expand the Fedora one.

Reddit lost the trust of many users, a non insignificant part of contributors and moderators left, the enshittification of the platform is not going to stop but they lost a big part of what made Reddit great. They damaged their image and popularity.
It’s like saying Elon won by trashing Twitter. Sure he does what he wants with it but making your platform less desirable sure isn’t a win for the platform.

Nice idea to recreate the good communities that were nice on reddit, the most important thing is to have those subreddit equivalents, and people to participate and trying to makes those communities thriving.
I’m using StartAllBack (paid software), it replace the start menu with a Windows 7 like one, and brings back the pre Windows 11 taskbar, it has no ads and good customization. There’s also Open Shell that is free and Start11 that’s also paid.
