So one of the complaints seems to be… that you won’t be able to see it from the road anymore, suggesting that the tunnel entrances will be out of sight of the monument. Bei ausreichend langer Passphrase wären das nur verschwendete Steuergelder und CO2, aber beim MacBook ist selbst mit einem vergleichsweise schwachen Passwort nichts zu machen solange sie keinen Bug in der Hardware kennen.

Einfache Lösung: 10% der Parkplätze in XL-Parkplätze umwandeln und eine Größe definieren ab wann das Auto nur noch dort parken darf. Größe steht im Fahrzeugschein also weiß man ob ein Auto “normal” oder XL ist.

Wetten das hilft Autos unter dieser Grenze zu halten? Wer so doof ist und danach immer noch ein XL Auto kauft kann sich halt die Abschleppkosten und Strafzettel leisten.

It’s less than 3 years old. If it was any newer the argument would be “you can’t expect such new hardware to be supported”.

My embedded AMD GPU has been unusable under Ubuntu. Constant crashes/freezes. When trying to find a workaround (unsuccessfully), I found lots of other people with slight variations of the same problem - same symptoms, but different root causes… seems like at any time there are several system-breaking bugs and every time one is removed another is introduced. You just have to hope your kernel happens to be one that happens to work with your specific config.

My next platform will be Intel-based.
